Reports: Long-range Ballistic Missile fired at Riyadh by Yemen’s Houthi rebels

Key details: 04/11/2017 -Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed they fired a long-range ballistic missile travelling more than 500km towards Riyadh. -The missile launched was a Burkan H-2 which is a scud-type missile with a range of just over 800km. -Al Masriyah – Houthi-run TV network – claimed responsibility for the attack on their social media. -However the Saudi Arabian local media (al Arabiya) has reported that the missile was intercepted. Key details: 09/10/2016 from China -Yemen — An airstrike by a Saudi-led coalition on Saturday targeted a funeral hall packed with mourners in Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, killing at least 82 people and turning the site into a “lake of blood,” according to a senior Health Ministry official. -Among those killed was Maj-Gen.
